• We have extended the poster deadline until March 4^th! Pending available space, we are able to accommodate some more posters at the meeting. Posters will be accepted on a first-come/first-serve basis. Note that the Outstanding Student Presentation Competition is closed however. All interested scientists, practitioners, managers and stakeholders are welcome to join this international meeting. Through the 2020 Open Science meeting, the NACP aims to continue fostering opportunities for new collaborations among the community.

Special Student and Early Career Awards: Thanks to the U.S. Carbon Cycle Science Program, NASA and USDA NIFA, a special student and early career travel support fund has been established:

• For students (including those graduating Fall 2019)they must submit a poster abstract for the Outstanding Student Presentation Competition. Encourage your students and fresh graduates to participate
• For early career attendees(less than 5 years post terminal degree conferral), support will be given on a need-based, case-by-case basis. Please contact Libby Larson libby.larson@nasa.gov and Gyami Shrestha gshrestha@usgcrp.gov if you wish to apply for these funds. Include a short CV (< 5 pages)  and a <= 250 word (double spaced, 12 pt font) statement describing your support need, how you plan to utilize your meeting experience and contribute to the meeting outcomes. Deadline to apply: February 28, 2020 (separate from student award deadline).

Depending on the number of need-based qualified applicants for this award, we will at least cover registration fees but more may be available to support other travel costs.
